We have reached a state of global ecological crisis. An emotional and collective imbalance that affects the environment, society, health and relationships between individuals. Our planet is not an independent entity but is affected by the thoughts, emotions and actions of its inhabitants. Lama Gangchen offers us a truly original solution to the global ecological crisis, based on the ancient science of Tibetan tantric teachings that date back to Buddha Shakyamuni. He suggests methods to reconnect with the energies of the elements which, through female energy, bring our mind, body and environment back into balance. The method, unique of its kind, includes meditation, visualization and mantra recitation therapies. When we reach a condition of inner harmony both our ability to perceive reality and our daily life experiences improve. The book consists of two parts: the first is an essay on the relationship between the body, mind and the five elements that make up the universe, and on how to transform the polluted environment into a mandala of pure crystal. Using the feminine energy, represented by the Five Great Mothers of the elements, and the subtle winds at their base, we can take care of the internal and external environment. The second part contains the meditative practice of self-healing for the environment. In conclusion, some appendices describe, among other things, the life of the Mahasiddha Laksminkara and the astrological system of Kalachakra.
