Kalachakra, the Wheel of Time Tantra, was the last tantra taught by Buddha Shakyamuni upon the request of Suchandra, King of Shambala. He requested a spiritual practice able to lead him and his kingdom to spiritual realisations while living an ordinary life.
The Kalachakra Tantra deals with the structure of the outer universe, the planets and constellation, the inner universe, our body and mind, and the secret universe of the very subtle energies existing in our body, mind and universe.
"As it is in the outer world so is in the inner world".
